50 Years Old !!!!!!

My birthday was last Friday, October 5th... I am now 50 years old....AUGGGGGHH !!

Really, I was not in a great mood, I felt old, fat and ugly.

This year in school he taking ITALIAN as his foreign language !

As of now he only knows a few words !

I think English County House incorporates these other styles.

I am always reading and looking at books on this style, I love it!

I am also interested in "Feng Shui" which recommends crystal and mirrors to move energy, especially in corners.

Sono anche interessato a "Feng Shui", che raccomanda di cristallo e specchi per muovere l'energia, soprattutto negli angoli.

I'm Back / Sono Tornata

I am finally back to my blog...

I was going through a lot of changes, I quit my job and will take the summer off and then look for a new job in the Fall, so I am getting "my head together" and enjoying some extra time.

Sono tornata al mio blog...

Ho avuto un sacco di cambiamenti.

Io non sto lavorando ora, e non lavoro l'estate e poi cercare un nuovo lavoro in autunno.

Quindi, mi sto gustando un po' di pace.

Aromatherapy and Essential Oils / Olio Essenziale

Well... my latest interest is Aromatherapy and I am even thinking of making my own perfumes and oil blends!

Lavender

I grow lavender plants in my garden.  The smell of lavender really does make me feel better.

Ho coltivare piante di lavanda nel mio giardino.  L'odore in realta' mi fa sentire meglio.

Vanilla

Vanilla mixes beautifully with everything !

L'odore di vaniglia e' bella con tutto !

Bergamot  / Bergamotto

The peel of the bergamot orange is used to make the essential oil.

I read that about 1/2 of all women's perfumes contain bergamot essential oil.

Ho letto che circa 1/2 di profumi per le donne contengono olio essenziale di bergamotto.

La migliore beramotto e' da Calabria.

I saw this essential oil burner for sale on line, but it is very expensive !

I am going to try to find another beautiful one that is not so expensive. 

Ho visto questo bruciatore a olio essenziale di vendita online, ma è molto caro!

Io spero di cercare di trovare un altro bello che non è così tanto.

To make your own perfumes you mix the essential oils with alcohol (vodka) or jojoba oil.

Wish me luck with my new hobby!

Per fare il  profumo proprio, si miscelare gli oli essenziali con alcool (vodka) o olio di jojoba.
Vi faro' sapere come il mio nuovo hobby.

Orange Blossoms / Fiori d'Arancio

Hi... I'm back...I have been too busy !

Ciao... sono tornata... sono tanto impegnata  !

When we were in Florida I bought some Orange Blossom perfume... it smells beautiful.

Quando eravamo in Florida, ho comprato profumo di Fiori d'Arancio , l'odore è così buono.

Have you ever smelled real orange blossoms?

A long time ago, when I lived in Florida, I drove through an orange grove while the trees were in bloom.  

It smells so beautiful, like the smell of heaven. 

Avete mai annusato veri firoi d'arancio?

Molto tempo fa, quando vivevo in Florida,

ho attraversato un aranceto, metre gil alberi erano in fiore.

L'odore era cosi' buono, era come l'odore del cielo !
